Site Visit & Scope Review
We visit your site within 24 hours of your enquiry at no charge. Our engineer reviews the scope and identifies any constraints before pricing.

BOQ-Based Quotation
You receive a fully itemized Bill of Quantities, not a lump sum. Every line item is priced transparently so you know exactly what you are approving.

Mobilization & Execution
Once the contract is signed, we mobilize within 7 working days. A dedicated project manager and site supervisor are assigned from day one.
04
Handover & Support
Formal handover is done with the client present. All O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings are submitted. A 12-month DLP begins from handover date.
